Urban Progress Web Redesign

The project centered on revamping a political website for an organization dedicated to urbanistic initiatives and city improvement. Organization's core mission was to advocate for modern urban development. The existing website had become outdated, with an overemphasis on numeric growth metrics that had served their purpose. Our primary goal was to refocus the website to effectively communicate the organization's work, projects, and successes.

In the redesign of the main page, our first step was to declutter the space by removing the numeric data. Instead, we highlighted news, ongoing projects, and crowdfunding campaigns. This strategic shift enabled visitors to quickly grasp the organization's current activities, updates, successes, and overall progress. Our aim was to present a clear and informative snapshot of the organization's impactful work.

We also addressed user interaction by simplifying the website's map, streamlining its complexity, and removing redundant UI elements. This refined map offered a more user-friendly and intuitive experience, aligning seamlessly with the organization's mission of promoting urbanistic initiatives. Additionally, we made joining the organization more accessible by shortening the fillable form, encouraging increased user engagement. The website's transformation resulted in a more straightforward and effective platform that successfully conveys the organization's mission and achievements to its audience.
