LeHa-Invest Website Redesign - Real Estate
In recent weeks, I designed the new web presence for LeHa Invest GmbH.
The goal of the project was to generate more property offers through the website without the real estate agency having to invest their valuable time.
We came up with a design that is both simple and effective. This was done to clearly convey the message and build trust.
My responsibilities:
Concept (including workshop on target definition, target group, etc.)
Custom design (UX/UI)
Development with Webflow
Training of staff for independent editing of the website

Form that converts
With the old form, 29 details had to be provided.
The new one focuses on the most important information in 7 steps.
The completion rate increases and the initial contact is established.
Design: Target group-oriented
Aligned with the agency's focus, the design was adapted to the curves of an old building rather than the edges of a new one.
Shadows and color gradients suggest different floors of a property.
Conveys professionalism, familiarity, and appeals to the right visitors.
