How do you revolutionise the way people search for homes by showing them what a home is today, then show them what it could be in 6 months as well? Then, when you realise no one has ever used a platform like this before - so you can't rely on any familiarity to improve usability - it makes life tough!
The redesign of a search result interface. The goal of reducing bounce and actually promoting the product's value. Ultimately ended up splitting each card into current / potential. While it uses more space, it's important that users got to see the value.
Project Takeaway
Proptech has a special place in my heart. Lesson here is that traditional rules do not need to apply.
