Very nice, thanks! I'd suggest some kind of live search when adding skills, so different phrases like "ui design" "ui" and "user interface design" are consolidated.
@Eric We originally had an auto-complete in place, but realized it wouldn't solve the multiple phrases for the same skill problem (as it would just suggest all of them).
We'll let the community enter them however they'd like for now. Then we'll likely crunch the data looking for patterns. When skills are populated and the searches are working, it'll become easier to settle on conventions.
