   Here's something I whipped up for my website redesign to signify the "services" section. I thought a barber's pole was a neat way to represent something that can be a little difficult to visualize.

   I think you may have used a little to much shadow but it looks good.
   Kind of like a candle.

   Do you mean around the entire thing? That was a last-second addition to help it stand out a bit from the background.
