Helping users to communicate easier about a job. Allowing them to create, edit and add notes more conveniently.

This was part of a larger product change initiative. It included decoupling an existing feature and splitting it in two to create an ‘instant messaging’ type interface for simpler and more straightforward communication.

Utilising a new design system, we built a rich text editor that included adding new formatting and messaging controls with multimedia file transmission, real time connectivity, and quick search capabilities that improved the users ability to follow the chronology of ‘on-job communication.’ See ux case study here
