Nice and clean. I love this shot.
Soften the pattern a little bit behind "add an item" and add a subtle gradient, really soft one and it will look even better.
Just my preference, this way it's a little bit to strong but this might be the case because I haven't seen the entire site.

Going off what Edi said:
If it were me, I'd add a really soft gradient on that title bar and have the pattern fade out in the top and bottom and lower the opacity. So it's only barely visible in the middle.
