Because I had so little time, I only had a few hours to carryout quantitative research and mostly banked on qualitative research by making use of stuffs I could find online. Because I had a few friends currently working in warehouses and inventory, I was able to ask important questions and made sure to show my design idea to them at every stage so as to make sure my design stays inline with its purpose.
