   I really like this logo conceptually but maybe the snake should have a bit more definition in the head so as to not look like a screw. I wouldn't be ecstatic about going to a doctor with a screw for logo ;)

   I knew there was a word for it: I had to look it up http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trepanning Would be a great logo for an Aztec witchdoctor
