E-SUMMERFEST was a dynamic campaign designed for Sab Miller's sales force in Chile, aimed at boosting the achievement of sales objectives for Miller Genuine Draft, Kross, and Estrella Damm products. Launched during the challenging COVID-19 pandemic, when public events and concerts were prohibited, this innovative campaign was a beacon of motivation for the sales team.

In a time of social distancing, E-SUMMERFEST offered an uplifting experience by rewarding the top three sales employees and ten of their friends with an exclusive Online Live performance featuring a renowned DJ. Additionally, employees had the chance to win a range of exciting rewards, including indulgent nights at boutique hotels with spa treatments, premium subscriptions, and monthly free six-packs of beer. E-SUMMERFEST not only exceeded sales goals but also brought the team together during a challenging period, proving that creativity and resilience can prevail in the face of adversity.
