There's a lot to like about this shot. Nice play of blue, red and beige/gray and seems as though you've got a cool background going on too.
To me the stitching effect on the arrow seems out of place. I of course can't see the whole design but everything else is giving off a gritty, industrial, masculine vibe and the stitching feels very hand-done and to an extent feminine. If it's a machinery service I'd look to rivets, welding etc. as texture inspiration rather than textiles.
Also, I think the arrow is competing with your call to action. What would the arrow look like in a deep shade of the beige, or a lighter shade of blue? Right now my eyes are jumping back and forth between the two.
Thanks for the awesome feedback Chris. I really like your points about using something like rivets as opposed to the stitching. My original intention is that it could be associated with types of rough leather straps you sometimes see in machinery shops. I'm going to give some of your ideas a try.
You're welcome. The leather strap thing does make sense now that I hear that. If that's the route you're gonna go I'd make the arrow brown and give it some kind of leathery texture. Not sure if those kind of belts usually have stitching though.

I love letterpress effect. It makes the web far more awesome. Great texture usage too!
