Inspired by the world of vector graphics and character animation, the team at DESVERSE embarked on a mission to elevate the Aceway mobile app's visual appeal and user engagement. We aimed to create a seamless and interactive user experience that would set Aceway apart.
Our journey began with the creation of a set of doodle vector character animations using After Effects. To ensure efficiency and lightweight performance, we converted these animations into JSONs with the Lottie plugin. This approach allowed us to maintain both the visual charm and swift performance of Aceway's mobile app.
In addition to enhancing user engagement, these animations also served as a prototype for complex interactions and animations within the app. By providing a clear visual guide, we streamlined the development process, ensuring that intricate UI/UX designs seamlessly translated into functional code. This prototype animation is not only a powerful tool for developers but also serves as a versatile product promo that can be adapted for various social media platforms.
Furthermore, we crafted a prototype animation of the mobile app's settings in two distinct color versions. This video significantly contributed to efficient development, minimizing misunderstandings and ensuring a smooth transition from design concepts to functional code.
