Hi James. Looking good there. You seem to apply some kind of navigational theme — if that works for a medical site, follow through with it. The compass looks neat, the NWSE just need some nudging around, maybe make them one or two pt smaller.The N and E look especially off to me. If you want to be a trend-whore, add a white text-shadow (0 1px 0 #fff) to the grey headline.

I agree with Sascha on the letters being offset. Fix that. Good detail on the center image of the compass. NIce start and welcome to Dribbble!

...also i might nudge the whole "Compass" down a bit to be on horizontal center with the white image border.
