Analytics Dashboard

Context

Discussing with my team that we really need some data to make more product strategy decisions... and thus the analytics dashboard was born! 😇

Why do you need data?

It's really difficult to make any product decisions without knowing anything—it starts to feel like you're trying to throw a dart at a dart board while being blindfolded (it would take a lot of talent to even throw a dart in the right direction blindfolded).

Imagine trying to build a feature, without knowing if you're going to get any adoption. Might feel like you're wasting your time right? Wouldn't it be better if you could point to some data and say: "Based on this number, it looks like users are getting stuck in this funnel.. so let's add this thing and see if our conversion increases..".

Having data in the first place makes it possible to know where you can improve, because you have a baseline—something to start on.

Feedback

I'm always happy to get feedback on my work; please share what you like, what you would recommend or do differently if this were your dashboard.

Thanks!
