Docker Desktop Quick Search V2

After the first version was very well received by the users and became one of the most used features in Docker Desktop, we worked on a second version to improve overall usability and accessibility.

We added recent and suggested searches, streamlined the initial search results page, created a more comprehensive result detail page, and added Docs too! As in smaller experience improvements, the search term is highlighted in all results, underlined when focused, filters have been exposed for better discovery, there's now infinite scrolling on results, and keyboard navigation (and its hints) is greatly improved.
