But it looks like there's a problem with shadows : light comes from left for black buttons and from right for the red arrow — Or i'm missing something ?

It's weird to me that people freak out over light sources and shadow direction. In real life there can be multiple light sources unless you are outside in direct sunlight. The further away from the surface shadows look different, and in some cases it can change the direction. Don't worry about the shadows too much.
