LockateMe
Telling people where you are shouldn't be creepy !
LockateMe is a mobile app. Its goal is to allow users to share their location, in a way where their privacy is protected by the app design. To share the location, a user sends a message with its location. Text and an image can be optionally attached. A message is encrypted before the transmission, so that only the sender and the recipient can decrypt it.
The main concept was giving to LockateMe a friendly and funny identity (as it's a social app), and keeping this idea of location and encryption. The idea of the chameleon seemed obvious : it hide himself in the jungle and... Tada ! Camouflage !
