Sun City East House MOD-icon

Here is a new MOD-icon I just completed for a client in Arizona. The house was built by the Del Webb Development Company (DEVCO) in the early 60s as part of one of the first senior communities in the United States: Sun City. I even had the pleasure of seeing this one in person a couple of years ago, and it’s a pretty neat property. One reason I wanted to share this one is to show that, while most of my artwork features quintessential modernist houses with flat roofs and atriums and such, like Eichlers and Streng Bros homes, I also love other more common mid century homes, like this cool ranch.
