Dayan Affiliate, Case Study

. Problem Statement

In Dayan Affiliate System; Affiliates could download the banners related to Dayanshop products through the Telegram bot and the web management dashboard provided to them and place them on their advertising platforms such as Instagram, Telegram, website, etc. Since most of the affiliates were making money with their phones, it was difficult to download banners through the web management dashboard because this dashboard was not responsive and besides, except for the banners section, it had other sections that were not used much by affiliates. On the other hand, using the Telegram bot to download banners caused many problems for those people who had difficulty connecting to Telegram.

. Goals

In general, the most important goal of the product design team in this project was to make it easier for affiliates to access product banners in line with the stakeholders' opinion through the design of a mobile application, so that they can view and download the list of banners by selecting several options. In addition to this index, according to the analyzes that were done, it was important for affiliates to have access to the amount of commissions and order statistics at a glance.

The first step in defining the problem was to first discover it and get to know the needs of users and stakeholders, so we collected information to discover data.

After collecting the information, we drew the empathy map and the user journey map in order to identify the problems that the users had.

🚀 Develop & Deliver

In order to summarize the obtained information and give a mindset to the path we had with the stakeholders, we started to design a wireframe with low sensitivity (Lo-Fi) to enter the design phase after receiving feedback.
