OnSite v4 - Messaging

Working on v4 of http://www.onsite.io - specifically some of the details around errors and messaging.

OnSite has always used a traffic light system in its visual language (mainly when matching freelancers to jobs) so I'm experimenting with using it in other places.

Lots of big feature updates will also be included, but this is more fun to play with...
