Looks really nice I love the wood texture! but does the white shadow at the bottom make sense?

If the paper is supposed to be directly up from the hole, I think you should add some shadow on and behind the paper in the top :)

The glow is a bit too strong so it looks choppy on the edges, like this. http://d.pr/sHWm
Also, It would look cooler if the paper came out of the icon.

Really nice. I think the drawers are bit too wide. It should end right before the round corner starts. Well, a picture worth thousand words :)

Nice! I agree about the wideness of the drawers. I think compositionally, the edge of the paper should not line up directly with the to of the box... I'd move it down about halfway to the opening, or up about the same interval.

Here is the final product, however after keeping it under wraps for so long, I was informed that this icon would not be used...
