Staffer - Employee schedule manager

I have recently finished a design of an employee time management system.

I have incorporated two scrollbars - one on top of the schedule and the other one below. The one that is below is shown only if the list gets longer than the height of the screen and gets fixed below the screen if the user scrolls past the top one.
