I played a key role in smartkündigen's journey to expand their business activities, transitioning from a contract termination company to a comprehensive contract management platform. Through a dedicated focus on user-centered design, I led the creation of a cohesive product and brand experience across the web and introduced a brand-new mobile app channel. My extensive research and meticulous user journey mapping were instrumental in crafting an exceptional user experience. I paid special attention to every detail, incorporating small animations, success micro-moments, and an outstanding UI, all contributing to a top-notch user journey.
