E-contact app for Android

Hi everyone! Check out my first shot)

Here is a prototype made with Pixate
Recently I worked on an app for our region's state administration.
This application is supposed to help people improve their city.
For example, if you see a pit on the road, you can take a picture of it and place an order. This way, the problem will be considered by the administration within 30 days.
There are many categories in different fields and we hope that this app becomes really helpful for our city.
