How did we approach the project?

As a team, we initiated the process by conducting a UX Workshop with the client. The objective was to gain insights into the target audience, the client's vision, and product values. This approach helped us propose tailored solutions aligned with the client's capabilities, deadlines, and budget, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Following that, we developed a comprehensive roadmap and product strategy, along with a detailed target group profile and a map of product values. Additionally, we crafted user and site flows, and carefully designed the UX and UI elements. This meticulous approach enabled us to meet the market and user expectations precisely.
