Mehaini Arcade Mural - Planet #2

This is the second of five planets for the mural. It features the Hollow Knight, the Traveler from Journey, and Kirby wearing his lava hat in an arid climate. The traveler's scarf leaves the glass sphere to act as the planet's ring. I love the idea of breaking what is and isnt possible with drawings. What's the point of learning the rules if not to learn how to properly break them?

I wanted Kirby's lava hat to be what first draw's the viewer's eye, so I gave him the most contrast in the scene. I also loved the idea of him approaching from the distance as Godzilla would Tokyo, an impending but adorable doom.
