Our team has created a design for a web application aimed at property management companies. This application allows property management companies to track maintenance requests from tenants for electrical and plumbing repairs in their apartments. Let’s explore its features!

The application's first screen is a dashboard that displays statistics and the latest requests from residents in the housing complex. It highlights tasks that require attention. The second screen features a kanban board for managing tasks and a form for creating new tasks.

For the color palette, we opted for a classic black-and-white scheme with bold yellow, green, orange, and pink accents to indicate the urgency of each maintenance request.
