Google Maps with Material Desing?

You do know material design allows us to make 2d desing with shadows show just like 3D design right?

Then why don't you make @Google Maps with Material Desing?

For example when roads get to the bridge or high roads, use the the shadows take roads up. Hope you will do this..

That's my future view of Google Maps...
