   Wanted to make a new version of social icons and add in the google+ icon since everyone was making them i wanted to join in the fun :)

   So does the bottom, but yeah, I'd be tempted to use the bottom as the hover state (Guess it's supposed to be the other way around?)

   There was no intention to have a hover state but if i was to have one i would use the bottom row as the up state and the top row as the hover state :)
