As UX Designer leading the design of the new AED Solution and digital products, I've been dedicated to integrating a new connected AED into our life-saving solution. By harnessing the power of Sketch, Axure, and Principle, I've created a high-fidelity prototype for usability testing and stakeholder presentations.
💡 Design and Testing Process:
🎨 Sketch & Figma: With Sketch and Figma, I crafted a mobile experience that allows AED owners to effortlessly connect with the new cloud-connected AED device and legacy devices. Our design focuses on user-centered principles, ensuring accessibility and ease of use.
🧪 Usability Testing: The high-fidelity prototype underwent rigorous usability testing sessions with eight real users. Their invaluable feedback and insights enabled us to fine-tune the design, resulting in an enhanced user experience.
💼 Presentation with Stakeholders: Armed with the refined prototype, I presented the connected AED solution to stakeholders using Sketch. By leveraging Principle, I created interactive presentations that effectively showcased the solution's features, benefits, and seamless integration.

✨ Enhanced User Experience: The high-fidelity prototype and usability testing sessions allowed us to address pain points, such as providing live notifications for device status, extreme temperature alerts, and easy ordering of batteries, pads, and supplies via their mobile phones.
