    Let me know if you hear anything. I did some research and found instructions on AIGA's website about sending an official take-down notice to the website host via protection under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Under this protection, a web host is obligated to remove offending or copyright infringed material on any of its hosted websites.

    Here's the information on AIGA, which has templates you can copy & paste into an email to send to the web host:

    Contacting the offending party directly may not result in much without secured legal council on your side, but putting pressure on their web host might do the trick.
