Conflict and mediation companies can have a bad branding which I feel looks too corporate to be balanced. I've tried a much more upbeat but simple design. Too simple?

I like it. The simply human forms with the different but harmonious colors are a fantastic idea. I am not entirely sold on the larger highlighted words. I'd rather see them in bold or italic and the larger size used on the text to the left to create better visual hierarchy.

Thanks Adam. Yeah I played with bold but it didn't create the impact I was after. The larger text gets scanned right away rather than just emphasising as the text is read in context. I am going to try some variations tho' and you could have something there about using larger text to the right to create a hierarchy. Position goes someway to doing that but size could work better. Cheers buddy.
