About The project

"The Palestinian Stories" initiative is an Egyptian/Palestinian initiative that aims to document the personal, family, social, cultural, and economic life of the Palestinian people before 1967 by reaching out to the third generation of Palestinians residing in Palestine and in the diaspora. The initiative aims to preserve Palestinian memory and oral narrative by building an interactive digital archive and an online platform, which will serve as an interactive museum for the Palestinian people, and the archive will be a primary source for researchers."

مبادرة "حكايات فلسطينية" هي مبادرة مصرية/فلسطينية، تستهدف توثيق الحياة الشخصية والعائلية، الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية لسكان فلسطين ما قبل عام 1967، بالتواصل مع الجيل الثالث من الفلسطينيين المقيمين داخل فلسطين وفي الشتات، للحفاظ على الذاكرة والرواية الشفهية الفلسطينية، من خلال بناء أرشيف رقمي تفاعلي ومنصة على الإنترنت، لتصبح المنصة بمثابة متحف تفاعلي للإنسان الفلسطيني، والأرشيف مصدر أولي للباحثين.
