Challenge

Although POD1UM had already launched its V1, many users found the application too complex to navigate. Our team's challenge was to improve usability for athletes using the mobile app and coaches accessing the web platform and redesigning the website.

Solution

Our team implemented a cleaner and more consistent design across all applications and created a global design system that could be easily accessed from any device.
