I'm definitely liking this better than the other version you posted. It seems a bit more focused. The thing that I'd be weary of is over doing the stitching pattern. The extra emphasis on stitching makes it feel like it's a logo for a knitting company, rather than a general craft market.
I'm also thinking that the bow on the right side makes it feel as if it's for kids. That might just be me though. I think overall it's a strong direction.
