THE STORY

It all began in my grandmother’s kitchen - baking was her passion and she was sure to share that with all of her grandkids. It was our form of bonding when we were growing up. Colette was her name, and she was a legend in more ways than one - but most notably, for her baked goods. Fast forward to present day, she has been gone for some time now. But her memory lives on in the form of Colette’s Patisserie, a French bakery where Colette’s legacy is passed on through each delicious morsel.
