CHECK app
During my time at CHECK as a freelance UX and UI designer, my focus was optimizing the user experience of the app. The app introduced a fleet of 10 cars in Amsterdam, and my main focus was on optimizing the user flow for utilizing one of these cars effectively. A key aspect of my role involved designing interactions such as damage reporting, which allowed users to report any new damage they observed on the vehicles.
The main challenge I encountered was creating a seamless process for users to report new damage on a car. I aimed to make this feature intuitive, ensuring that users could easily navigate through the app and accurately report any incidents they noticed. By implementing clear visual cues, logical information architecture, and user-friendly interface elements, I strived to streamline the reporting process, reducing any friction and ensuring a positive user experience.
Collaborating closely with the development team, I translated user insights and feedback into iterative design solutions. By conducting user research and usability testing, I gained valuable insights to refine the interface and optimize the overall user experience of the CHECK app. Additionally, I worked to maintain brand consistency and align the app's design with CHECK's guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable visual identity.
