NRMA: Roadside Assistance

When it comes to roadside assistance, we understood that every second counts and that the process should be as hassle-free as possible. With that in mind, we redesigned the booking process in the NRMA app to be fast and straightforward.

With a few quick taps, members can send a help request. The app automatically picks up their location using GPS and presents a simple list of common problems to choose from. This makes the entire process quicker and helps get the right assistance on the way as fast as possible.

But we also wanted to make sure that members aren't left in the dark once they've made their request. So, the app keeps them updated about the status of their request and when they can expect help to arrive.
