Some itty-bitty suggestions though, Try giving a single pixel pattern to the digital part like this : http://cl.ly/2r1z3a0V1t0V000r1v41
and the arrow on the options drop down is not centered and it also has a blurred edge :)

Very nice bro, awesome use of textures. I love the typography choices too. One observation, maybe it's me, but the up arrow next to the song display seems...just a tad...dark compared with the one below. I mean its like a minuscule amount, but enough that I am seeing it.

Revised version. I forgot to light up 1 layer on the bottom right corner of the LCD display, so the light looks weird. Ignore that.
It's gaining complexity, but its purpose is a lot more complex than the original proposal. I guess it makes sense.
