Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey Report & Guides

Problem: Create a design system that allows 24 different government departments to have their own report cover design but remain consistent within the suite of collateral. Each cover must adhere to the visual identity program in its use of colour (there are only 6 colours to choose from), logo, wordmark, typefaces and brand graphic. And lastly, build the entire report in Word.

Solution: 4 Geometric designs were created, using each of the 6 brand colours that ultimately provided 24 individual report covers. Adding in a separate line drawing for each cover (key, trees, flowers, moccasins etc.) helped to further distinguish the different departments and provide additional context for the department referenced.

The cover design was inserted as a .jpg into each Word document, with the exception of the title and government department. This and the remaining report content was laid out in Word.
