Preview of a photorealistic graphic I'm working on in Illustrator, C4D & Photoshop, based on this logotype. Coffee & froth ain't a photo. WIP.

photoshop? 3d? not really understanding this..explain yourself ;)
Illustrator, with C4D for re-rendering the porcelain & Photoshop for filters, effects & color control.
Dayum. I love. Only problem is where the froth overlaps the cup. If it were to overlap with sides as solid as what you have, it'd spill. Either bring it down below the rim, or show some small trails of coffee down the cup's side.
Thanks for the feedback, Wil, and the compliment means a lot coming from you. I totally agree with the dripping froth; I'm going to have to actually photograph dripping espresso to see how viscous it really is so I can get it right!
This is so good I thought it was real!
Thanks Kristen! There are definitely some physics & lighting flaws, but the extra amount of noise, blurring, etc. are tips I was very fortunate to stumble on.
I know it can't be real, but it's very, very close to it! The amount of detail in this is something else, Carson- good job!
Thanks Rickie! I really appreciate it.
wow! When you posted this I thought it was just a photo. But now I see that you made it yourself. haha :)

Haha, 'ppreciate it, Yakim. And by the way, that portfolio redesign you're working on for yourself is looking good! Can't wait to see it released.
@Carson Thanks! It will be online soon.
