Skiddle is one of the UK's market leading live event platforms. It is a primary ticket outlet and online guide, which offers event bookings, registrations, promotion and online ticket sales. The website has 2M+ unique visitors each month, with 5M+ page views.

Challenge 

Skiddle team wanted to develop new sales funnels through a fresh and renewed UI. We decided that the best way to do so will be crafting comprehensive updates for their B2B and B2C product and revamping mobile applications.

Solution

First, we immersed ourselves into the context of Skiddle platform and the market. After a thorough analysis of business objectives and needs, we smoothly integrated necessary design changes into a B2C product, streamlining selling tickets to customers flow. Then, we updated Skiddle’s B2B part to better explain the product and reflect its essence to then sell it to event organizers. As of now, we continue to cooperate on revamping mobile apps.
