Daybreak

This was part of the card designs for eco board game Daybreak, which you can check out here.

I had a set of 20 cards to illustrate, the first batch were beautiful landscapes 🌻With others that were more complicated in what they represented: renewable energy, carbon reduction, future sustainable energy development etc.

This is where the composition grid came in handy, it kept the cards looking consistent but had the flexibility to give me more space for different scenes without forgetting these are being printed on playing cards!
