Delivery Pro is one of our biggest design projects so far with over +250 screens (web & mobile)✨✨✨

This gargantuan design project was split overall several months and it was a result of intensive planning to get it on time & on budget.  

Delivery PRO is a dashboard app that enables easy warehousing solutions and powerful integrations with your online shopping cart to fast packing and shipping.

The all-in-one order fulfillment platform lets you scale your business and delight your customers with a logistics partner that feels like an extension of your team. We worked with the client on the redesign of the existing dashboard web app solution.

Challenge:

The platform was loosing existing customers and failed to convert new paying users. They were loosing in the favor of other platforms that looked more modern and were optimized for the user experience of the ideal customer. Design and their approach to design was a key metric that directly impacted the net revenue of the company.

Solution:

During our design involvement we researched the industry, studied the competition, created the wireframes to validate the app logic, created the web & mobile high-fidelity screens, created the design system and the documentation that goes along with it and finally the interactive prototype for web and responsive mobile.   

It was such a delight to work on this project, the team and stakeholders were very responsive with feedback and happy with the final results.   Moreover it represents a huge milestone in our agency, because we proved we could manage a project of this scale.
