This is an group interview where me and my team interviewed Anton Makhinko, a famous ramen chef at Kyouka Ramen in Toronto. In the interview, Anton explains the history of ramen, how he assembles ramen, and what made him want to become a ramen chef. We were fortunate enough to be able to shoot on location inside Kyouka Ramen, and were able to film Anton preparing ramen for us. My contributions to this interview were operating the camera, directing certain shots, and editing the final video in Premiere Pro. I love how this turned out!
