Hi fellas! I’m so excited to share my exploration study for environment illustration. Comes from a landscape of a beautiful scenery in Genshin Impact, i want to potray the deep feeling of how the character, Scara, feels when he landed in a world of Aranara.

Sketch Process

At first i made a sketch in a full grayscale to help me in making the color in rhymes. I want the green-blue-ish-themed color in order to transfer the feeling of deepness, sadness, yet relieved. And give an accent of warm lighting coming down to give a presences of happiness.
