Since the pandemic, restaurants across the country have struggled to keep up with hiring needs given that servers have been slow to return to the restaurant industry. When Aurelio’s needed to market their need for staff, Idea Booth stepped in to take custom imagery of their real employees on site at their restaurant, and worked with Aurelio’s to define their benefits and perks, before putting together designs for social, email, and print to promote and market the jobs that Aurelio’s is looking for.
