432 Park Ave. 3D Animation (Work In Progress)

This is a 3D animation of 432 Park Ave. in New York City. This incredible skyscraper is known as one of the Billionaires' Row towers, developed by CIM Group and Harry B. Macklowe.

432 Park Avenue's animation is a continuation of our series of architectural and real estate motion graphics in which we explore different ways of rendering properties for various purposes, and using different visual styles.

Created using Blender, this is a fully 3D animation, which is the first of its type in this series of explorations. This also features my first 3D cloud!
