UX Research Plan

Goal:

To understand the needs and preferences of potential users in order to design an engaging and effective online platform for learning mathematics.

Research Methods:

-Online surveys: to gather quantitative data about the general opinions, preferences, and experiences of potential users.

-Remote interviews: to gain a deeper understanding of the perspectives and attitudes of individual users, and to explore specific pain points and challenges they face.

-User testing: to evaluate the usability and effectiveness of early prototypes and identify areas for improvement.

-Data analysis: to identify trends and patterns in the data and extract meaningful insights to inform design decisions.
