Some icons I've been working on for various custom post types, some are slightly more obscure (jams!) but I've been trying to make them fit in with the default icon style.
I use Photoshop for icons, I build the main shapes using the pen tool and apply borders and gradients using styles. Then I tidy it up and add detail with 1px pencil tool.
The recipe book icon is awesome. I've been working on a cookery site recently and might have to be making something similar myself. I really like how you've managed to keep them all in the style of the default icons as well!
